Shipping Policy
Lock Publishing LLC ships physical orders via USPS Media Mail, standard rates apply. Media Mail is an economical shipping option for books and eligible media; please allow 2–8 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Lock Publishing LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once a shipment is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to USPS. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS or check with your local post office.
